Service Scope

VPNYJ provides cross-border network acceleration subscriptions, with coverage across 110+ countries and 230+ routes, and support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Available routes and client access points are shown in the user panel. Coverage does not mean every route is suitable for every purpose.

This service provides network connectivity. It does not provide accounts, content licenses, or membership benefits for third-party websites. When accessing international websites, users must still meet the region, eligibility, and usage requirements of those services. A connected status in the client does not guarantee access to a particular website.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. Users should keep their login details, subscription information, and import credentials secure and must not post them publicly or let others manage them. If unusual connections or exposed credentials are discovered, stop sharing the information and report the situation through a user panel ticket.

Subscriptions support unlimited devices managed and used by the account holder. This does not permit account sharing, public distribution of subscriptions, or reselling connection services to others. Subscription access must not be provided to other users through rental, resale, group sharing, or commercial proxy services.

Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date. The price difference for a mid-cycle upgrade is converted into the remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and never expire. Check the billing method and data requirements before choosing a plan. Compliance Requirements

Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their location and to their activities, and must not use this service for unlawful purposes. Network attacks, malicious scanning, fraud, malware distribution, violations of others’ privacy or intellectual property, and interference with other users or third-party systems using connection resources are prohibited.

When using third-party platforms, users must also follow their terms of service and content rules. VPNYJ does not obtain access permissions on a user's behalf or change the user's responsibility for content they upload, download, or distribute, or for related activities. Connection resources must not be abused at scale in a way that disrupts normal service operation.

Availability and Limits of Responsibility

Connection performance depends on factors such as the local network, carrier routing, device configuration, the status of the destination website, and route maintenance. VPNYJ does not promise consistent performance across all locations, times, and applications, or that third-party platforms will always accept connections through a particular route.

If you experience connection issues, first check your configuration using Troubleshooting, then submit a ticket. To the extent permitted by law, VPNYJ does not guarantee against interruptions caused by factors beyond its control or outcomes determined by third-party platforms. This section does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or rights users have under applicable law.

Restrictions and Account Termination

If credentials are publicly exposed, access is resold or shared, the service is used unlawfully, or its operation is seriously disrupted, VPNYJ may restrict the relevant connections, suspend the subscription, or terminate account access based on the circumstances. Any action should be proportionate to the actual risk, and the reason and required steps will be explained where practicable.

If you believe an action was taken in error, request a review through a user panel ticket, including the error message, circumstances, and any necessary screenshots. Do not submit your password or complete subscription credentials. Stopping use of the service does not automatically submit a refund request.

You may request a no-questions-asked full refund within 60 days of your first payment. For details on how to apply, see the Refund Policy.

Changes to These Terms and Feedback

VPNYJ may update these terms to reflect service changes, compliance requirements, or improvements to usage rules, and will note the update month on this page. Changes that affect important user rights will be announced on the website or in the user panel. Where separate notice or consent is required by law, the applicable requirements will be followed.
