Privacy Policy
This policy applies to the VPNYJ website, user panel, and subscription services. It describes how data is handled according to its purpose. Website analytics and user activity on international routes are handled separately and are not treated as the same type of data.
Account and Order Data
VPNYJ does not require an email address. An account can be created with a username and password. Providing an email address is not a registration requirement or a condition for activating the service. Account information is used for authentication, subscription management, and responding to user requests. Passwords are authentication credentials and should not be included in support tickets or screenshots.
Order records include the selected plan, order status, payment result, and subscription entitlements. They are used to verify payments, calculate data usage, and handle upgrades and refunds. Text, screenshots, and troubleshooting details that users choose to submit in support tickets are used to resolve the issue concerned. Before submitting, please obscure passwords, subscription URLs, authentication credentials, and unrelated personal information.
No-Logs Policy and Connection Information
VPNYJ does not record which websites users visit through international routes. It does not save browsing history, destination addresses, or communication content, or retain connection logs that link an account to specific online activity. This applies to subscription routes and does not mean the website itself does not need account or order records.
While a connection is active, route operations may process temporary status information needed to maintain communication and release connection resources. This status is not persistently stored as historical connection logs and is released when the connection ends. Account data usage is used for billing and quota management and does not include details of websites visited. Troubleshooting primarily relies on information users choose to provide; recording browsing content is not used as a troubleshooting method.
Site Analytics and Local Storage
Website analytics help us understand how pages are used and identify access issues. They may involve the pages visited, referring pages, browser type, visit time, and network addresses included in requests. This information is generated by visits to the VPNYJ website; it is not a record of visits to other websites through subscription routes. Analysis primarily uses aggregated results.
If cookies are used, they are only for essential session or analytics functions. Local storage is used to save login status, language preferences, and interface settings. Users can clear cookies and local storage in their browser. After clearing them, they may need to log in again or reset their preferences, but this does not delete account or order data stored on the server. After using a shared device, log out and clear the local login state.
Third-Party Payments and Data Sharing
VPNYJ supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are handled by the relevant third-party payment service or transaction network, and the data they collect and process is subject to their respective rules. VPNYJ uses order identifiers, transaction results, and information needed for verification to confirm subscription entitlements. Users are not asked to submit payment account passwords in support tickets.
When external services are involved in order verification, refund processing, or necessary technical maintenance, only information needed for that purpose is provided. Where data must be provided by law, it is handled in accordance with applicable requirements and limited to what is necessary. Before leaving this site for a payment page, check the transaction recipient and order details.
Data Retention and Deletion Requests
Account data is retained for as long as needed to provide account and subscription services. Order and transaction verification records are retained for as long as needed for settlement, refunds, dispute handling, and applicable obligations. Support tickets and website analytics are retained for as long as needed for their respective support or analysis purposes. When a purpose ends and there is no need for continued retention, data is deleted or de-identified. This policy does not set one retention period for all data.
Users can log in to the panel and use the support ticket portal to request access to, correction of, or deletion of account-related data. Account ownership must be verified before processing, and the requested deletion scope should be specified. Pending orders, disputes, or legal retention obligations may affect when data can be deleted. Closing an account may also affect subscription use, so please clearly state what you would like us to handle.
Policy Updates and Privacy Requests
When data handling purposes or service processes change, VPNYJ will update this page and revise the update date at the top. Changes that materially affect the scope of data handling will be announced on the website or in the user panel. Where separate authorization is required by law, it will be obtained as required.
Questions about this policy can be submitted as a support ticket through the user panel. Please specify whether the request concerns an account, order, or website analytics, and provide only the information needed to identify the request. Billing and service terms are available in the Terms of Service; refund arrangements are described in the Refund Policy.
