Connections, devices, and use cases

Cross-border networking essentials

Choosing a route involves more than its location. Route type, your local network, client settings, and the service you’re accessing all affect results. Start with your use case, then check the connection and billing terms to make an informed choice.

At peak times, compare routes in the same region

Web pages, video streaming, and file transfers all place different demands on a connection. If things slow down during peak hours, pause local downloads first. Then compare IEPL dedicated, transit, and direct routes in the same region, checking whether your task completes reliably. VPNYJ offers several types of international routes so you can choose based on your needs. A nearby location does not guarantee faster access; your local connection, carrier routing, and the destination site’s status also matter. Keep the route that works well for everyday use and choose alternatives in other regions, rather than switching repeatedly—that makes issues easier to identify.

Military-grade encryption, plus checks on your device

VPNYJ uses military-grade encryption as a security feature for your connection. Before use, confirm that the client is connected, then check that system proxy or network routing settings are enabled as described in the guide. An encrypted connection and website account security are separate concerns: manage browser sessions, site permissions, and device updates independently. On public networks, double-check the website address and never post subscription details in public forums. If you need help, share a redacted error screenshot and the route name. Do not include your password or full subscription details in a support ticket.

Unlimited devices, configured for each platform

VPNYJ supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux, with no device limit. Configure each system for desktop work, reading on the go, or home devices without planning around a device cap. Note that device count and data allowance are separate: usage across multiple devices still counts toward your plan’s data. Before setting up other devices, test the connection on one you use regularly. If a device has issues, check its network permissions, proxy mode, and background settings before changing configurations across all your devices.

ChatGPT access: separate connection issues from account issues

When using ChatGPT and other AI tools, check page loading, account sign-in, and whether conversations can be completed separately. VPNYJ’s international routes provide cross-border connectivity; the destination platform sets its own regional policies, account eligibility, and feature availability. After choosing a route, test page loading and an actual conversation before making it your regular connection. If ChatGPT won’t load, note the error and distinguish a network timeout from an account notice. For longer tasks, keep the same exit region where possible rather than switching repeatedly.

Streaming access: check actual playback

Being able to open a streaming site does not mean every title or resolution will be available. Netflix, Disney+, YouTube, HBO, and other platforms may vary playback options based on your account, exit region, and content licensing. Choose the intended region, then test the title you want to watch for startup and continued playback. VPNYJ offers routes in different regions and types, but does not promise that any particular catalog will remain available. If you see a regional restriction, check whether your exit region is as expected. If playback buffers, check your local network and route performance rather than treating the two issues as the same.

60-day no-questions-asked refunds, with clear terms

To decide whether a subscription is right for you, consider your everyday devices, local network, and actual needs. VPNYJ offers 60-day no-questions-asked refunds; see the refund policy for eligibility and instructions. Once connected, test the sites and services you use for work, AI tools, or streaming instead of relying on illustrations or location names alone. Monthly subscriptions and data packs are billed differently, so check reset rules and allowances before choosing. For a refund or order issue, submit a ticket through the user panel and include the relevant order details so the request can be matched to your records.

Route types

Dedicated, transit, and direct routes

Route types describe how a connection is routed; they do not indicate a fixed speed ranking. Consider location and route type together, and compare under the same device and use case. Check the subscription list in the user panel for currently available options in each region.

IEPL dedicated line

Consider the cross-border route
Check reliability over time

Dedicated routes are worth comparing for ongoing work, video calls, and longer tasks. Focus on whether the connection stays up and the task gets completed under the same network conditions—not on the route label alone. Check performance during peak hours in real use; the route name itself cannot predict the outcome.

110+ countries / 230+ lines

Transit

Routes through an intermediate point
Compare the actual path

Transit routes connect to the destination exit through an intermediate point. This changes how the route is organized, not the account requirements of the destination service. Choose the target region first, then compare page loading, video playback, or tool response with other route types. Avoid changing multiple conditions at once, so you can tell what made the difference.

Direct

Start with your local network
Choose based on access results

With direct routes, results depend especially on the path from your local carrier to the exit. The same region may perform differently across network environments. Use direct routes as a baseline for everyday access; if one does not suit your current network, try another route type instead of choosing by geographic distance alone.

A location does not determine content licensing. To check your exit IP, use IP Lookup. If you’re connected but an app won’t load, first check whether the client is routing that app as expected, then see Troubleshooting.

Monthly plans and data packs

Choose a plan based on your data needs

Monthly plans suit regular use, with data resetting each month on the activation date. Estimate your needs based on your usual devices and tasks: browsing and text-based tools use data differently from extended video streaming, and usage across multiple devices also matters. Allowances vary by plan, while the unlimited-device policy remains the same.

Monthly plan · 60GB

¥9.9 / month

For browsing, research, and text-based tools, use this plan’s data allowance to gauge your everyday needs.

  • Includes 60GB of data
  • Resets monthly on your activation date
  • Unlimited devices
  • 60-day no-questions-asked refunds
Choose this plan

Monthly plan · 250GB

¥18 / month

For a mix of work and streaming, use your past data usage to judge whether this allowance is a good fit.

  • Includes 250GB of data
  • Resets monthly on your activation date
  • Unlimited devices
  • 60-day no-questions-asked refunds
Choose this plan

Monthly plan · 500GB

¥28 / month

For extended streaming or heavier data use across multiple devices, this plan provides a larger allowance for everyday use.

  • Includes 500GB of data
  • Resets monthly on your activation date
  • Unlimited devices

Choose this plan

Data packs: use them anytime, no expiration

Data packs are ¥158 / 300GB, ¥358 / 1000GB, and ¥658 / 3000GB. If your usage is irregular, compare a data pack with a monthly plan that resets each month. Focus on which billing model fits your habits, not just the one-time price.

Resets, upgrades, and payment

Monthly plan data resets each month on your activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Pay with Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Before ordering, confirm the plan name, data allowance, and total in the panel. See the refund policy for refund terms.

Frequently asked questions

Accounts, connections, and billing

Review account requirements and billing terms before setup. For step-by-step help with specific issues, visit the Help Center and Troubleshooting page.

Do I need an email address to get started?

No email address is required. Create an account with a username and password, keep your login details secure, and use the user panel to manage your plan, client, and subscription. “Start Free” on this site is the button label for entering the account flow. Check the plans page and user panel for plan prices, data allowances, and billing terms; the button text does not mean extra data is included.

Does unlimited devices mean unlimited data?

No. VPNYJ allows unlimited devices, but each plan has a data allowance. Monthly plans include 60GB, 250GB, or 500GB and reset each month on your activation date. Data packs do not expire and can be used until depleted. Before using multiple devices, consider how you use each one, especially for extended video streaming or file transfers. Device limits and data allowances are separate terms.

I’m connected. Why won’t ChatGPT or a video load?

A connected status means the client has established a route; it does not mean every app is using it as intended. Check system proxy and app settings, then verify your exit region and the error from the destination platform. Account eligibility, regional licensing, and network timeouts are different issues. If only one site has a problem, note its error message. If no sites load, check your local network and try another route. See the Troubleshooting page for detailed steps.

Should I choose a monthly plan or a data pack?

If you use the service regularly, start by comparing your needs with a monthly plan’s allowance. If your usage is intermittent, consider a data pack that does not expire. Monthly plan data resets on your activation date; data-pack data lasts until used. Check the terms first, then compare allowances and prices. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Confirm any changes in the panel and do not combine prices across different billing models.

Can I request a refund if it doesn’t work well on my network?

VPNYJ offers 60-day no-questions-asked refunds. See the refund policy for eligibility and instructions. For a refund or order issue, sign in to the user panel and submit a ticket with the relevant order details and a description of your request. If you also need help with your connection, include your device OS, route name, when the issue occurred, and a redacted error screenshot. Do not include your password or full subscription details.
